Please read before submitting a ticket:
- If submitting a ticket about an existing order or entering the photo contest please include your order number. Your order number appears on the automated emails you receive when you placed your order.
- If you have not read our terms and conditions page yet please do so before submitting a ticket.
- We have been experiencing some delivery delays with some packages due to Covid 19.
- Canada Post has not been updating their website with status updates on tracking. If your tracking has not been updated it usually does not mean your package is not in transit. It just means the website has not been updated to reflect the actual status of your package.
- If you have received a notice that your order is On-Hold please note that it may take 24 hours for your order to be switched to Processing. This is normal.
- Our support staff are instructed to simply delete and not respond to any ticket that is rude, threatening or bullying in tone.
