How it works:
- Place your order on Dr. Seeds as usual.
- After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your secure payment link.
- Open the link and complete payment using your credit or debit card.
- Once payment is received, your order automatically moves to processing and is released for shipping.
Your card details are never entered, stored, or processed on the Dr. Seeds website.
What to Expect After You Pay
- Payment confirmed → Order moves to Processing
- Processing complete → Order passed to Shipping
- Tracking information is sent once your order ships

All seeds are packaged in crush-proof metal tins and shipped in plain, unmarked envelopes or boxes. There is no visible branding or mention of contents on the exterior to protect your privacy.
Shipping Restrictions
Dr. Seeds sells collectible seeds intended for novelty, educational, and souvenir use only. We do not sell or ship ingestible CBD products or controlled substances.

Canada Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery to Canada. If an eligible package does not arrive safely, we will replace it. This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund policy. The guarantee does not cover shipments delayed, seized, or destroyed due to local laws, or orders placed to jurisdictions where seed possession or importation is prohibited.
United States Delivery Policy
Delivery to the United States is not guaranteed. U.S. shipments may be delayed, lost, seized, or returned during transit or customs processing. We do not guarantee replacement or reshipment of undelivered U.S. orders, and we do not provide refunds, except where required by law.
