Refunds & Returns

No refunds or returns. All seeds and nutrients are final sale.

Germination guarantee

We do not guarantee seeds will germinate. There are no refunds or replacement seeds to compensate for seeds that do not germinate. Purchase seeds at your own risk. Each seed has approximately an 80% chance of germinating.

Shipping guarantee

We guarantee delivery of all shipments and will replace a lost shipment with the following conditions:

(1) The delivery address must be in Canada or USA.

(2) The reason for lost shipment must be lost in the mail. We will not replace a shipment that is confiscated by customs. We will not replace a package if its tracking data says the package has been delivered.

(3) The address provided must be a valid address and the customer’s actual address.

Limitation of liability on late packages

There is no refund or compensation for late packages caused by courier delays.
