All Sales Are Final
- No Refunds or Returns: All seed sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law. This policy ensures the safety, quality, and compliance of our inventory.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and product.
In eligible cases, we may issue:
- A replacement of the same item, if available.
- Store credit only if the item is proven defective and cannot be replaced.
Important: Damage caused after delivery—such as by mishandling, exposure, or improper storage—is not covered.
Delivery Coverage
Canada: We guarantee delivery to Canada. If an eligible package does not arrive safely, we will replace it. This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund policy. The guarantee does not cover shipments delayed, seized, or destroyed due to local laws, or orders placed to jurisdictions where seed possession or importation is prohibited.
United States: Delivery to the United States is not guaranteed. U.S. shipments may be delayed, lost, seized, or returned during transit or customs processing. We do not guarantee replacement or reshipment of undelivered U.S. orders, and we do not provide refunds, except where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items
To protect product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, repackaged, or tampered seed products.
- Items without original packaging or labeling.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Any items affected by user error or misuse.
- Germination or plant performance issues (see below).
Germination Disclaimer
Seeds sold by Dr. Seeds, LLC are intended for collection, novelty, or educational use only. We do not encourage cultivation where it is not legal to do so. As such, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding germination or plant performance. Numerous external factors—such as storage conditions, user handling, and environmental variables—affect seed viability and are beyond our control.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, applicable laws, and our Terms & Conditions. Please contact us before sending any item back. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
