Shipping Policy
- Shipping Destinations: We ship to permitted destinations in Canada and the United States. Orders are trackable and shipped discreetly. We do not ship to jurisdictions where seed possession or importation is prohibited.
- Canada Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee delivery to Canada. If an eligible package does not arrive safely, we will replace it. This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund policy. The guarantee does not cover shipments delayed, seized, or destroyed due to local laws, or orders placed to jurisdictions where seed possession or importation is prohibited.
- United States — No Delivery Guarantee: Delivery to the United States is not guaranteed. U.S. shipments may be delayed, lost, seized, or returned during transit or customs processing. We do not guarantee replacement or reshipment of undelivered U.S. orders, and we do not provide refunds, except where required by law.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or accept returns, except where required by law. Eligible delivery claims for Canada are handled through replacement, not refunds.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery with your order number and photographs. Eligible items may be replaced; store credit may be offered if an item is proven defective and cannot be replaced. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
